추수 감사절이 지켜지게 된 역사적 유래
The historical origin of Thanksgiving being observed.
“청교도들은 하나님의 섭리를 생각하며 감사를 드렸다.”
The Puritans thanked God for his providence.
“작은 열매를 얻고서 큰 감사를 드렸던 것이 청교도다.”
It was the Pilgrims who gave great thanks after getting a small fruit.
“절망과 고난을 이겨낼 수 있었던 능력은 감사였다”
The ability to overcome despair N suffering was appreciation.
1. 과거를 기억하며 감사를 드렸다.
(They remembered the past and thanked them.)
“초막절에는 광야에 초막을 짓고 1주일을 생활하며 과거를 회상”
On the first day of the curtain wall, they built a curtain in the wilderness N spent a week to reminisce about the past.
“하나님의 크신 사랑을 생각하며 감사했다”

2. 현재를 생각하며 감사했다. (They were grateful for the present.)
“애굽의 노예에서 자유한 백성이 되었음을 감사”
Appreciation being a free people from slavery in Egypt.
“오늘 내가 존재할 수 없었음을 생각하며 감사”
Thank you for thinking that I couldn’t exist today.
“한 해의 농사 결실을 맺게 해 주신 주님께 감사”
Thank you to the Lord for bringing the fruits of this year’s farming.
3. 내일을 생각하며 감사했다. (They were grateful for tomorrow.)
“오늘 고통을 당하나 내일 기쁨과 행복을 베푸실 주님을 생각하며 감사”
Thank you for thinking of the Lord who will suffer today but will give joy Nhappiness tomorrow.
“내일의 소망을 갖고 사는 사람이 오늘을 감사할 수 있다.”
A person who lives with tomorrow’s wish can appreciate today.
“오늘의 고난을 감사하는 사람은 내일의 소망을 품은 사람이다”
The man who appreciates today’s suffering is the man who has tomorrow’s wish.
